The Short Answer
We are a diverse collection of people that all have the same belief system. That you either have values and you live by them or you don't work at Nutrition Partners. We all left big livestock feed and international nutrition companies because we did not like the way they treated their employees nor the service that they gave their customers!
We all felt there was a "New Way" to grow a profitably business. Treat our customers well, respect them, educate them along the way and make them more money than their previous supplier. Gain their trust by our actions and work in a manner that shows us to be more like a partner in their business rather than just a supplier!
Management recognizes that our People are EVERYTHING and without them, we have nothing. We believe in something called Servant Leadership and we use this management method everyday. Because you need to act, not just say the right words, to build a team that cares about results and your customer.
We Sell Solutions packaged in premixes, supplements and consulting services.
Beliefs:

- That our job is to bring solutions through our local experts, our global network of nutritionist/live production specialist and through our technology companies.

- That our suppliers and employees are also VERY important to us if we hope to remain in a leadership role in the industries we serve.
