TRIAL DATA:
To demonstrate the concepts, an on-farm trial was conducted looking at the effects of feeding the Nutri-Max Starter Line in the first 11 days after weaning on average daily gain (ADG) and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) using light-weight 28-day weaned pigs (avg. 6.5kg).  Each of the two treatment groups contained 70 of the lightest pigs.  One group (NM 1 Pellet/NM 2 Base) was fed a pelleted feed for 7 days and then transitioned onto the Nutri-Max a starter base diet.  The other group was started on a Nutri-Max Starter base diet right after weaning.  Feeding Nutri-Max Starters for the first 11 days after weaning resulted in:

Pigs are Smart
Winston Churchill famously said thatDogs look up to man. Cats look down to man. Pigs look us straight in the eye and see an equal.Smarter than DOGS:  Pigs are extraordinarily intelligent.  They are curious and insightful animals who are widely accepted as being smarter than young children of at least 3 years of age.  Ranking third behind apes and dolphins, pigs are the smartest animal on the farm.  Pigs learn tricks faster than dogs.
